Corojo Coffee Co. operates a 28 day refund or exchange policy on all goods. Goods should be returned to the appropriate address in order to process your return in a timely manner.
Once returned and inspected, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- Returns can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
- No refund or exchange can be made after 28 days from date of Purchase
- To be eligible for return, goods must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returned Goods.
- Customers are advised to use a tracked shipping service and/or for items over £75 to purchase shipping insurance. Corojo Coffee Co. will not be held responsible if your returns go missing.
- All Roasted Coffee must be unopened, in the same condition and original packaging, as received by the Customer.
- All Apparel & Accessories must be unworn, unwashed and original packaging as received by the customer and in resalable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return.
- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
- Packages returned to us from the UK can take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us. Packages returned to us from outside the UK can take considerably longer to arrive.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately Sale items cannot be accepted for return.
- If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Corojo Coffee Co. will not be liable for any return custom charges made.
- Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
